Taco Casserole - Pinterest #2

For my second Pinterest experiment I made another recipe.  This time, I tried Taco Casserole.  It was good and we ate way too much of it.  If I make it again, I think I will add more tomatoes because I thought it was a little bit dry.  But, the flavors were tasty and it seemed easier than making actual tacos.

National Pancake Day!

Happy National Pancake Day!!!  IHOP gave away free short stacks of pancakes today.  It was delicious...and free (except the orange juice)!  I hope you all had a good pancake day!
