Taco Casserole - Pinterest #2

For my second Pinterest experiment I made another recipe.  This time, I tried Taco Casserole.  It was good and we ate way too much of it.  If I make it again, I think I will add more tomatoes because I thought it was a little bit dry.  But, the flavors were tasty and it seemed easier than making actual tacos.

Taco Bell

We went to Taco Bell for dinner tonight. I only ordered one thing in an attempt to eat less. The bean burrito they gave me was the tiniest burrito I've ever seen. I honestly think they used the wrong tortilla to make it or they were out of bean mixture. A huge disappointment (or a tiny one, I guess)!

I'm Full

I went to the Hard Rock Cafe for lunch today. Someone from work wanted to go there for their going-away lunch. Of course, I ate too much and tonight I was very full. That meant I did not feel like cooking. So, our dinner consisted of Taquitos and peas. Oh, and we also had some leftover rolls from last night with Apple Butter. Super yummy! I hope you had a yummy dinner too!
