Cross-stitch

Today I forgot to take any pictures during the day. I had lots of adventures today that were picture worthy...I just didn't get a picture! I ate at the food court, went grocery shopping for 2 hours, went to a friend's house for burgers, and watched the Amazing Race. Any one of those would have been a great photo opportunity...but I failed!

So, for today's photo, I decided to take advantage of another thing I've crossed off my list. I am now able to cross off #17 because I recently started cross-stitching something. I'm not finished yet, but I started. I also can't tell you what it is because that's a surprise. But, I feel good because I accomplished another one of my goals. Once I get the cross-stitch done, I'll share pictures of it. For now, enjoy the "just started" picture and that fact that I am crossing something else off the list. My year is almost over and I'm hastily trying to get a few more things accomplished. I hope to share more completed tasks with you in the next week!

Birthdays

It's my brother's birthday today. Happy Birthday, Brother!!! It's also Ubi's birthday today. I was going to feed him a special birthday meal...but I was lazy and didn't. I think he had a good birthday anyway. He certainly had a relaxing one! My puppy is now 6 years old!

Taco Bell

We went to Taco Bell for dinner tonight. I only ordered one thing in an attempt to eat less. The bean burrito they gave me was the tiniest burrito I've ever seen. I honestly think they used the wrong tortilla to make it or they were out of bean mixture. A huge disappointment (or a tiny one, I guess)!

Dentist

I went to the dentist again today. It was the second half of my cleaning (my teeth were that bad). I also had x-rays today. And, after the x-rays, I witnessed a miracle. I have NO cavities!! I asked the dental hygienist many, many times if she was sure! I couldn't believe it...I still can't believe it. She said the dentist looked at the x-rays and he said I don't have any cavities. And, I'm not sure this is something he would lie about since he makes more money if I do have a cavity. So, I guess now I just have to suffer thru the orthodontist. Oh, and come back for more cleaning in 6 months! Hallelujah!
