Happy New Year!

Happy New Year!! Hopefully you had a safe and enjoyable evening last night. We spent the night at home eating all manner of appetizers and counting down to a new decade. I hope that everyone is looking forward to a wonderful and exciting 2010!

we went outside and watched the neighborhood fireworks (they were close & loud)
Ubi did NOT like being outside with the loud fireworks...he was very nervous!

Happy New Year!! Looks like you had a good, "appetizing" one. We were with our Peruvian friends till about 1:30am - had a ball visiting, laughing and eating Pachamanka. A nice, memorable way to spend our last New Year's Eve in Peru. We had lots of fireworks, but nothing as colorful as you had in your neighborhood. Maybe the rain at midnight put a damper on things.

great photo of the fireworks, and i'm sure everything was delicious. but what really needs commenting is THE COFFEE TABLE. that is awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
