Casco Viejo
Today we went to Casco Viejo...the old, old part of Panama City. It was fun to walk around and see the old buildings and narrow streets, even the presidential palace is down there. We had lunch at a nice little restaurant and we enjoyed some tasty gelato. We'll probably go back sometime because it was an interesting afternoon.

Gelato in Panama? I think that is Helado....hee hee. I regognize the church!! Wow...the mind isn't so mushy after all! Have you made it to the bell tower where the nuns were thrown out of?
