Fish for Dinner

I read somewhere that you should eat fish once a week...its an easy way to eat healthier. Well, I don't quite make it once a week, but tonight was time for fish. I made Cheese-Crusted Flounder (although it wasn't very crusty), Broccoli Rice Au Gratin (I like Rice-a-Roni ...the San Francisco treat. Ding, ding.), and green beans. It was very tasty indeed!
